Why do we need SpeediMango?

Most people would rather go to the dentist than have to sell their car privately or at a dealership. You never quite know what your car is really worth. If you’re trading-in, you have to negotiate theirs and yours and you never quite know if you got a fair deal. To get the most for your car, you have to waste tons of time driving from dealer to dealer just to get a quote and thats before haggling. To avoid the hassle, you just trade your car at the first or second dealership that makes you a reasonable offer, which means you may have left Thousands on the table. At the end of the day, you want to know you got a fair deal and without the hassle.

Why is selling to a dealer easier than selling privately? What are the risks of selling privately?

Lets face it, selling privately can be a royal pain and risky, especially for women. You don’t what psychopath is going to show up at your door. Or whether he or she shows up at all, leaving you with cancelled plans. Or the buyer nickles and dimes you to death or abuses your car on a test-drives and worse, endangering you. If your car has a lien, transferring title can be a challenge. Fradulent checks and counterfeit cash are also major concerns. Then of course, there’s waiting until your car sells to buy your next car. Its so much easier to sell to a repuable dealer and you might get almost the same money!

Why did you start SpeediMango?

We knew there had to be a better way to sell or trade-in your car, which didnt waste tons of time, empowered you to get the most for your car and the best price on your next car. We also wanted the process to be online and as hasslefree and safe as possible, while also being fun and convenient. And voila! SpeediMango was born! Now you can enjoy the fruits of someone else’s labour!

Is SpeediMango good for dealers too?

Dealers love SpeediMango! Now they can spend less time freezing at the auction buying cars that you traded-in or sold somewhere else. They also save a ton of money in the process which means they can make you a better offer for your car. We enable them to buy cars which they can’t at auction such as desirable low-mileage lease returns. And to add icing, we also help them connect with you to make you a great offer for the car you want to buy. So everyone is heppy.

Can you help me get great deals on my next car?

Absolutely you can! In fact, our network of dealers would welcome the opportunity to provide you with great deals on the next car you want to buy. You can work these deals independently of selling your car or for added convenience, trade your car in. At the end of the day, you can negotiate your deals from the comfort of your armchair anywhere and be sure that you’re getting the best offers.

How is SpeediMango different from companies who offer online valuations for my car?

SpeediMango is the first online platform designed to help you get the most for your trade-in by offering it to multiple dealers who actively want to buy it. This solves the puzzle of knowing whether you got a fair price. A fair price is effectively what the market is willing to pay. Often when you trade your car in, the dealer does not want it and ultimately wholesales it to another dealer. We help you cut out the middle-man or wholesale part, putting that money in your pocket instead. The dealer makes out too, because they get a valuable source of inventory and for a lot less than buying through wholesale channels. We don’t stop there. We also get you offers on your next car, whether new, certified-preowned or used. Just tell us what you want.

Is SpeediMango a vehicle broker?

No. We take no part in the financial transaction. We simply connect buyers and sellers in the SpeediMango marketplace.

Using SpeediMango

How does it work?

You describe the car you want to trade-in or sell. You can also tell us what car you want to buy next. We invite dealers to make you offers on your car, the car you want to buy or both. Once you’ve negotiated offers to buy, sell or trade, you accept the offer(s) and print your SpeediMango Certificate(s). If you’re selling or trading your car, you go to the dealership and have your car’s condition verified. At that point you can walk away with cash or trade-in your car. If you’re buying your next car seperately from another dealer, you arrange to pick your car at the dealership. Just be sure to present your SpeediMango Certificate so you’re charged the agreed-upon price.

How much does it cost?

SpeediMango is absolutely free! That’s right. Zip. Nada. Nichts.

Do I have to sell my car or buy another car if I sign-up for SpeediMango and receive offers?

Nope. You have no obligation whatsoever.

How far away are the dealers that give me offers?

For many of the common vehicle makes and models, offering dealers will be fairly local to you. However, if you’re selling or buying an exotic car worth tens of thousands of Dollars, you may get offers from further away. In such cases, the offering dealer may be willing to ship your car or vice versa and agree to physical inspections conducted by an agreed-upon third party.

How do I pick the best deal?

Picking the best deal is not necessarily all about price and is very much a personal decision. You should factor all of the things which matter most to you, such as dealer location, your comfort level in working with the dealership, the convenience and ease of transaction and of most importantly, the security.

Can I sell my car to one dealer and buy my next car from another dealer on SpeediMango? Can I negotiate seperately?

How do I get offers for my car?

Getting offers is really simple on SpeediMango. Provide your vehicle description, along with mechanical and bodywork condition. Provide your contact details and sit back and watch the dealer offers roll in. Choose the one that suits you best and voila! Unlike other car-buying and valuation sites, you don’t get only a single valuation based upon some book or algorithm or on what a single company or dealer wants to pay. You get a range of offers from real dealers who actively want to buy your car. Now that’s the market talking! And that works best for you.

Money Matters

How do I get paid for my car?

If you’re selling your car to a dealer for cash (as opposed to trading it in), you should expect to receive your funds at the time you sign over the title to the dealership. Can I expect a dealer to haggle with me after we agree upon price?

Our dealers have agreed that a deal is a deal. Once you accept an offer to buy their car only, they agree to not haggle with you. If for some reason, a dealer tries to haggle with you on the price of his car once you’ve accepted their offer, please report this to us immidiately. What Is My Car Worth?

How do dealers determine their offers for my car?

Most dealers have access to market data on used car pricing. They also include supply and demand information along with the details you provide to determine a value for your car. Of course, you’re always free to negotiate that value. As with any other asset, some dealers are willing to pay more than others based upon their desire to acquire your car.

Am I getting a fair price for my car?

SpeediMango is the first online platform which solves this riddle for the consumer. A ‘fair price’ is technically what the market is willing to pay. Since dealer’s cannot see each other’s offers on SpeediMangos, the range of offers you get is effectively what the market is willing to pay for your car. Therefore, you never need to wonder again if your dealership is making you a fair offer for your car, when selling or trading it.

Why are some dealers offering to buy my car outright for much more than other dealers are offering by way of trade-in?

Not all dealers want to actively buy your car because it might not meet their inventory requirements. For example, if you’re buying a new German luxury car, the dealership may be unable to retail your vintage, high-mileage, domestic car. However, to complete a deal, they will take it by way of trade and wholesale it to another dealership, a wholesaler or at an auction, where another dealer will likely buy it. The wholesaler might also take the car to auction. So the trading dealer has to offer you less to ensure they can wholesale your car without losing money. By helping get your car to the dealer who really wants it, you not only get a better offer, but you also can negotiate the best offer on that new car, because neither you nor the dealerhsip has to worry about factoring your car in to the deal.

In most cases you pay for the car at the dealership after presenting your certificate so the dealer knows what to charge you. The dealer also has a copy of the same certificate. In some cases, a dealer may arrange to complete paperwork remotely and deliver the car directly to you.

If a dealer makes me an offer to buy my car and sell me a car, do I have to accept both sides of the deal?
